BS in Human Services

Bachelor of Science in Human Services is provided online at Upper Iowa University and is helpful for those in human services major is to prepare a one to understand the socioeconomic, psychological and political foundations of a multicultural society and to utilize the knowledge to identify needs and to coordinate and provide appropriate social service.

The human services online program offered to those students who intend to pursue careers in the human services area after graduation and it also provides preparation for those wishing to continue their education to the graduate level. The human service major consists of 36 semester credits, with at least 15 credits in upper division coursework.

The University Upper Iowa University is founded in 1857 and is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association and is approved by the Louisiana Higher Education Board, the Wisconsin Educational Approval Board, and the Iowa Department of Education for teacher education in Iowa only. The programs offered are approved by the states of Iowa, Kansas is restricted, Louisiana, Texas, and Wisconsin for veterans' benefits.
