Project Management Professional Preparation Certificate

This program is divided into 2 parts as follows

1. Capstone Project

   The first one provides the student a simulated real-world project throughout its life cycle, via online communication. The faculty gives various obstacles that generally affect the types of projects that a Project Manager will encounter.

2. Preparing for the PMP Exam

   The other part of the course represents the actual topics and materials necessary to prepare and pass the Project Management Professional i.e. 'PMP Certification exam' offered by the Project Management Institute.
