Master of Science in Management (MSM)

This degree will prepare the students to identify the management processes required to ensure the project is completed within budget and on schedule. The students of this course will acquire the skills to think critically, create vision based on ethical values, take risks, discern the future, become global leaders, and institute change within an organization.

Organizational Leadership
The Organizational Leadership program is designed for professionals who wish to cultivate their leadership skills and make a profound difference within an organization. This course explores leadership and management processes, the design, implementation, and management of organizational change, strategic management and financial analysis, and effective leadership for changing economies.

Project Leadership and Management
The Project Leadership and Management program is designed to meet the needs of working professionals who require project management skills in addition to leadership and team management skills. This program explores leadership from strategic and tactical perspectives, and examines various interrelated management functions.

Dual Emphasis
This program combines the Project Leadership emphasis with either Organizational Leadership or Computer Information Technology. The combination allows students to cultivate their leadership skills through a strategic management prospective while focusing on the benefits to an organization.

Computer Information Technology
The Computer Information Technology program is designed for students who require computer information technology skills in addition to leadership and people management. In this program the students will acquire foundational skills and knowledge in networking, computer information systems, database architecture, applied systems analysis, object-oriented programming, and e-commerce.
