Master of Business Administration/Health Care Management

This course is designed for providing the business management skills needed to manage successfully in today's health care delivery systems. This program emphasizes the analysis, identification and solution of complex management problems with a foundation of health care concepts and decision models that will support the variety of management roles that can be seen in today's health care environment.

The specialization of this course is based upon courses in health care organizations, health care infrastructure, health care finance, health care strategic management and quality and data base management.
