This course is designed to enhance the management skills needed to function effectively within an organization. The students of this course focus on leadership and management-the human side of an organization.

The students of this course grasps the interactive, multimedia, case-based simulations that place them in real-world environments and require them to apply critical thinking skills to decision-making situations. The learners have the opportunity to identify the information required to solve the problem, receive feedback on their choices and assess alternative solutions.

This program develops management skills in defining business problems, considering alternatives, assessing information, and choosing the best solutions. The students attain the skill sets necessary to evaluate and manage the challenges facing contemporary organizations.

This program consists of 39 credit hours. Thirty credit hours constitute the core curriculum and nine additional credit hours complete the course.

During last three courses of the Public Administration specialization, the students have to complete a capstone project of their own choosing that solves a significant problem in public administration. The specialization addresses public policy analysis and public financial management.
