Life Care Planning Certificate Program

The Life Care Planning Certificate Program course is provided online at the Kaplan University. This certificate program is helpful for the professionals who are interested in facilitating the care, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals with significant disabilities, chronic health problems, and catastrophic injuries.

This course provides the essential skills to research, analyze, and perform assessments utilizing the methodologies, tenets, and foundations of the life care planning process.
