Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration

Jones International University was founded in 1993 as the first university to exist entirely online. In 1999, Jones International University became the first fully online university to be accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Jones International University students learn from a world-class faculty from leading U.S. and international universities.

The program in Educational Leadership and Administration is designed for experienced teachers, administrators, and other educators who have received formal teaching licensure and/or are eligible to have access to instruction at the elementary or secondary level. It also leads to preparation for a principal's license. The curriculum covers national and local issues affecting education and includes development of mastery in strategic planning, organizational management, and accountability.
