Proactive Leadership in Higher Education develops the skills necessary to become an effective change agent, analyze the organization's political landscape, build consensus, and lead effectively. This leadership program helps leaders in higher education develop the proactive skills necessary to build consensus and mobilize action to help ensure successful implementation. The ability to execute in academic institutions is the difference between successful initiatives and failures. The skills and processes developed in this series enable leaders to identify opportunities for effective action and shepherd them from concept to adoption.

Applying Proactive Leadership in Higher Education, which provides a gateway to additional learning with supplemental resources and live online seminars providing insights from leaders in higher education, and promotes collaboration among colleagues.
