Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organization Studies

The Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organization Studies course is provided by the Denver University. In this course the student will learn how to analyze and change organizational structures and to gain perspective on the roles of effective leaders and followers. Also students will learn how to function on high performance teams, resolve conflict and manage diversity. Throughout this course, the student will able to understand the importance of learning in organizations and developing skills in financial oversight, project management and entrepreneurship.
