Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition

Clayton College of Natural Health features the Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition degree, which focuses on the effect of foods on body, mind, spirit, and on the earth itself.

The curriculum first focuses on the foundational knowledge in holistic human development, chemistry, and anatomy, after completing fundamental part it focuses on specific nutrition topics: enzymes, antioxidants, weight management, and women's issues.

In addition, it includes three elective courses and a thesis. Students can take two additional electives instead of completing the thesis, although this project is an excellent preparation for the dissertation that students will complete at the doctoral level.
