B.S. in Strengths-Based Management

It develops positive psychology in students that will lead them to a more productive life, based on their individual strengths.

This degree course is built upon Bellevue University's undergraduate management and leadership degree programs as well as it includes the Gallup Path talent-based management principles.

The curriculum includes the functional elements of the organization like: marketing, accounting, finance, and operations with The Gallup Path, a model for producing sustainable, profitable growth in any organization as well as engaged loyal and productive employees.

Topics included in the curriculum are leadership in today's organizations, strengths-based management methodology, economics and the emotional economy, creating and maintaining the engaged customer, designing and managing a strengths-based organization, understanding human behavior, and crafting a strategic vision.
