B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration (CJA)

Bellevue University designed the online Criminal Justice Administration (CJA) degree to introduce and develop the management and leadership skills and methods that are needed to make the modem criminal justice organization as efficient and effective as possible.

By this online course students will gain the knowledge about communication skills, analytical skills, leadership skills and knowledge to effectively compete in a wide variety of management/administration/leadership positions in virtually any criminal justice organization.

• Group discussion, cooperative projects, simulation, case studies, modeling, and debate to reflect on the correctional organization manager/leaders' role in planning, controlling, organizing, and leading.
• Final main project that will integrate all aspects of the program and apply all the knowledge gain through the course to improve/enhance a process in the organization.
